Annual Reports for Governor Strickland

• The State-Supported Ohio College and University Performance Report
• These reports provide accountability; justify Ohio's financial commitments to higher education; help prospective students in determining which college or university is best suited to their academic, social and career needs; and create benchmarks to assist colleges and universities in identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
  
• High School Transition Reports
• This report on the transition of Ohio high school students to college focuses on the aspirations of students to attend Ohio colleges and the academic preparation of students entering college.

Standard Publications from HEI Data

• Student Inventory Data
• These annual reports contain student counts and FTE for the 38 state-supported colleges and universities.  Data are presented by demographic and course enrollment characteristics, along with degrees earned and graduate admissions.

• Historical (pre-1998) Student Inventory Data


• Basic Data Series
• These reports present facilities, faculty/staff and financial data as reported to HEI by the 38 state-supported colleges and universities.
• Historical (pre-1997) Basic Data Series


• Fall Survey of Student Charges
• These reports present the fees charged to students at the 38 state-supported colleges and universities by academic year.


• Freshmen Remediation Report
• This annual report presents data for enrollments in remedial Math and English courses of newly graduated high school seniors attending the 38 state-supported colleges and universities.


• Preliminary Headcount Report
  • This annual report provides the total headcount for the autumn academic term, including all enrollments in degree-credit courses of instruction, at the 38 state-supported colleges and universities.


• Statewide Subsidy FTE Annual Report
• This annual report displays subsidy FTE by year, campus and model.


• Statewide Enrollment Audit Error Report
  • This report reflects errors from audits conducted and completed since December 1999, for the majority of the 38 state-supported colleges and universities.
  
  
• Budget Data Reports
• The data represented in these reports correspond to the Unrestricted Current Funds budget at the 38 state-supported colleges and universities.


• Full time Faculty Survey "Written Reports"
• Part Time Faculty Report: 2001
• The Ohio Board of Regents conduct a surveys of faculty at the 38 state-supported colleges and universities. Full-time and part-time faculty answer questions that capture basic information about faculty activity.

HEI Process Reports

• End-of-Term Status Report
• This report displays the date on which the 38 state-supported colleges and institutions have executed the Finalize End-of-Term process, indicating that all data for the term have been submitted and appear to be correct.  Once finalized, these data are available for the general purpose queries.

Other HEI Reports

• The Capacity of Ohio's State Funded Colleges and Universities - September 9, 2004
• In response to concerns that Ohio is over-invested in higher education facilities, the staff of the Board of Regents, working with representatives of Ohio's public colleges and universities, studied the capacity of state-funded colleges and universities to serve Ohio's students.
